CENTRIFUGAL SEPARATORS
Airex Industries has a full line of equipment such as dust collectors, industrial blowers, and centrifugal separators, to meet the criteria, norms, and given conditions of any project. Our technical team will know how to solve the different problems related to air quality filtration and recirculation, as well as systems that exhaust to atmosphere.
Dirty air is forced in a swirling movement upon entry into centrifugal separators. This leads to a centrifugal force affecting the dust particles suspended in the air stream. The particles, denser than the air, are forced to move outwards, towards the wall of centrifugal separators. The particles then fall downwards, towards the dust exit. The clean air is eventually directed towards the centrifugal separator's center and leaves through the gas exit.
Centrifugal separators are used for the separation of gaseous mixtures. To create the highest separation possible of the process gases flowing through the temperature gradients, the longitudinally and radially of the centrifuge are controlled to the utmost effectiveness. The balancing of temperature increases and decreases in different areas of the centrifuge chamber occurs due to the compressing and expanding respectively, of process gases and may be employed effectively both to eradicate temperature gradients that can be hazardous and to use temperature gradients that are beneficial within the centrifuge.
